How to Embed Google Forms in WordPress?

You can install the Formfacade plugin for WordPress and use it to embed the google form on your WordPress site. Formfacade will automatically apply your website theme to the embedded form and make it look professional. You can easily access your forms and manage the responses directly inside WordPress.

Step 1: Login to your WordPress website as admin > click Plugins > click Add New Plugin
Step 2: Enter "Formfacade" in the search option > Formfacade plugin for WordPress will be displayed > click Install Now
Step 3: Click Activate to enable the plugin for your WordPress site
Step 4: Embed setup wizard will be displayed > login with your google account and click Next
Step 5: You can either create a new form, select from your existing forms or copy & paste the url for the google form you would like to embed and click Next.
Step 6: You can select the preferred page from the dropdown with the list of pages from your WordPress site or select create a new page, enter the page title and click Proceed
Step 7: Formfacade will be automatically embed the form at the bottom of the selected page. You can click on the Preview button to view the embedded form.
Step 8: The webpage with the embedded form will open in a new tab. The styles from your website theme will be automatically applied to the form. if required, you can further customize the form.
Step 9: You can easily access your forms directly inside WordPress. Formfacade will be listed in WordPress > click Dashboard > list of your forms will be displayed > click on the form to open it > Edit page will be displayed > you can add fields, change form appearance, customize thank you message and more. Please note that the form customization features are available only in the paid plans.
